Construction Process
We prepare a clear and concise contract provided by Master Builders. We will have a two hour sit down to go over all aspects of contract to ensure everyone is aware of what is included and required from each party.
1. Contract
We use a building software called Buildertrend, this allows clients to monitor progress onsite, project spend and future scheduling from anyone on earth, and is an integral part of our open communication ethos.
2. Introduction to BuilderTrend
During construction, you will be kept abreast of progress and involved in key decisions that impact your project.
We issue frequent updates via BuilderTrend.
Regularly scheduled site visits that line up with stage payment claims will be booked in and carried out throughout build.
3. Construction
Two weeks prior to handover you will be asked to attend site for a Customer Presentation, this is your chance to review completed works and point out anything that may need some attention.
On day of handover you will receive a detailed ‘Owners Manual’ with all the necessary information about your home. This will include user manuals, warranties and maintenance requirements.
We attend to any issues that may arise during the defects liability period.
